Privacy
This page explains what happens to information you share through aihelps.cloud. It’s written in plain English and kept short because the site collects very little.
What is collected
The site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The only information collected is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the kind of work, and your message.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, that preference is stored in your own browser and never sent anywhere.
How it’s used
When you send the form, your message is delivered to me as a private notification so I can read it and reply by email. It’s used only to respond to your enquiry and any work that follows from it. It isn’t sold, shared for marketing or added to a mailing list.
Where it goes
The website runs on a server I manage. Messages are passed from that server to my phone through Telegram’s messaging service so I see them promptly. Server logs may briefly record technical details such as your IP address to protect the form from spam and abuse.
Your choices
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted by replying to any email from me or by sending a new message through the contact form.
Changes
If this changes in a meaningful way, this page will be updated. Last updated September 2026.
